Cleaning
Janitorial services are provided Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 6:00 PM and 2:30 AM. Special cleaning requests can be arranged at tenant expense, please contact the management office.
If a small cleaning problem should arise during working hours, please contact the Management Office and the building day porter will be dispatched.
Moving companies and vendors must remove their pallets, boxes and packaging waste from the premises after deliveries. If you occasionally have boxes to be disposed of, they may be flattened and disposed of in the designated cardboard dumpster, or flattened and stacked within your office space near your recycling containers and clearly marked as “trash.” You can contact the management office to make arrangements for cardboard removal. At no time should boxes, trash or excess materials/equipment of any kind be left in the hallways, lobbies, elevator lobby, or any area designated as a fire exit.
